The ICP library presents a selection of photobooks from Venezuela exploring the realm of the Latin American Photobook in relation to design, architecture, anthropology and typography. The selections are eye opening and unusual bringing a familiarity to books rarely seen in or outside of Venezuela. Informatively described and powerfully presented by Curator Victor Sira these photobooks feature some new additions to the ICP library which are a must see for the photo community. This Photobook Exhibit will be up in the ICP Library until November 29, 2010 and shall then be followed by many more in what will be an extensive Photobook Exhibition series curated by librarians, artists and practitioners, educators, curators, archivists and other sundry bibliophiles.
